As a Junior Product Specialist, you’ll work hands-on with our AI personas — learning how to build, prompt, and refine digital agents used by clients across industries.
You’ll:
Create, test, and improve AI agents for real-world use cases.
Troubleshoot product issues and support performance optimization.

A working understanding of HTML, basic web functionality, and creative tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or AI-based image generation platforms).
A natural curiosity for AI, automation, and human-computer interaction, with the drive to learn how these systems operate and improve over time.
The ability to work quickly and precisely, managing multiple projects and tasks with accuracy.
A collaborative mindset — eager to contribute ideas, share feedback, and support a team of experts across product, engineering, and client success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
