About the Role

Our Account Executive is the trusted partner behind our agency and white-label relationships — the person who makes sure our partners succeed with aKillion and grow with us over time. This is a hybrid role: part relationship manager, part customer-success lead, and part revenue-driver. You’ll be the face of aKillion for an existing book of business, and you’ll turn healthy accounts into growing ones.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of agency and white-label partners, owning the relationship from onboarding through renewal.

  • Drive revenue from our existing book of business through upsell and cross-sell — expanding partners into additional aKillion products and use cases.

  • Own customer success: proactively guide partners toward outcomes, drive adoption, and reduce churn before it starts.

  • Build and deliver performance reporting that shows partners the value aKillion is creating — and surfaces the next opportunity.

  • Run regular business reviews, renewal conversations, and expansion pitches with confidence.

  • Act as the voice of the partner internally — feeding product, support, and engineering the insights they need to serve accounts better.

  • Hit and exceed revenue, retention, and expansion targets across your accounts.


What You’ll Bring

  • Account management or sales experience — ideally in SaaS, technology, marketing, or agency environments — with a track record of retaining and growing accounts.

  • A revenue mindset — you’re comfortable being measured on upsell, cross-sell, and net revenue retention, and you know how to have a value conversation without being pushy.

  • Customer-success instincts — you anticipate needs, solve problems fast, and make partners feel genuinely supported.

  • Data and reporting fluency — you can pull together clear performance reports and use the numbers to tell a compelling story.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across written, verbal, and presentation settings.

  • Organization and follow-through — you manage many accounts at once without letting anything slip through the cracks.

  • U.S. work authorization. Comfortable working hybrid from our Jacksonville Beach, FL office or remotely within the U.S.


Bonus Points

  • Experience with agency partnerships, white-label, or reseller/channel models.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and reporting/BI dashboards.

  • A background in AI, automation, marketing tech, or messaging platforms.

  • Experience owning a revenue quota or a renewals/expansion number.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation is in line with or better than market rate, based on experience, with base salary plus commission. Benefits include medical coverage — with aKillion paying 80% of the premium for individual coverage and 50% for family coverage — plus optional dental and vision plans.
