The system turns inbound messages from constituents into two-way conversations managed by AI, replying in a candidate persona drawn from official platform, voting record, and approved messaging, and routing sensitive exchanges to human staff.
The launch arrives as campaigns look for more direct ways to reach voters in a fragmented media market. According to the companies, the platform can manage thousands of simultaneous conversations and feed each exchange into an individual voter file, so segments form from real dialogue rather than broad demographic assumptions.
