As the Director of Client Experiences at aKillion, you are the bridge between cutting-edge AI capability and enterprise-level execution. You aren't just managing relationships; you are a strategic architect helping our agency partners design, deploy, and scale custom AI agents that redefine their operational DNA.
You will lead the lifecycle of client success—from the initial high-stakes onboarding and technical alignment to the strategic scaling of AI solutions across their entire enterprise portfolio. Your goal is to ensure that aKillion isn't just a tool, but the engine driving their measurable growth.
The Impact: What You’ll Lead
AI Agent Orchestration: Partner with agencies to identify high-impact workflows and lead the deployment of specialized AI agents that automate and optimize their core services.
Enterprise Onboarding & Launch: Own the "Day 0" to "Day 90" experience, ensuring enterprise clients move from concept to fully functional AI integration with speed and precision.
Strategic Scaling: Proactively identify opportunities for agencies to expand their use of aKillion, turning initial pilots into wide-scale, revenue-generating AI departments.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the "voice of the agency" for our Product and Engineering teams to ensure our AI roadmap stays ahead of enterprise market demands.
Performance Engineering: Translate complex AI performance metrics into clear, executive-level narratives that prove ROI and secure long-term renewals.

Automation & Implementation Expertise: Hands-on experience overseeing the implementation of complex SaaS solutions, API integrations, or automated workflows.
Agency DNA: A deep understanding of how agencies make money, how they scale, and the friction points they face when adopting new technology.
Strategic Account Mastery: Demonstrated success in managing high-value portfolios, driving net-revenue retention (NRR), and navigating complex enterprise renewals.
