About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to be the camera, the calendar and the voice behind everything we put in front of the market. This is a hands-on, make-it-yourself role for someone who can shoot a reel in the morning, load a week of posts into the scheduler at noon, and cut a product walkthrough before end of day. Think of it as the output of a boutique social agency, except in-house, close to the product, and moving at the speed we actually ship.

Most of this job is pictures and video. Reels and short-form for every platform we're on, photography around the office and on location, product shots, team content, and the founder-led posts that do more for a company our size than paid ever will. The rest is product marketing video: when something ships, you turn it into content the market can understand and our partners can sell from.

You'll work across four product lines: the ION Suite, our AI workforce platform that answers, qualifies, books and follows up across every channel; Kastor, our business command platform that puts sales, operations, finance and people on a single record; and two newer products launching now. You'd report to our VP of Business Development, which means marketing and new business sit close together and you see what actually converts. You'd also direct our contract production support: an on-site freelance producer who shoots, and an offshore editor who handles volume editing and post. This is our first marketing hire. You'd own the function, not a slice of it, and it's built to grow into Director of Marketing for the person who earns it.

What you'll do:

Shoot and cut reels. Short-form video for every platform we're on, from the idea to the post, at a volume that keeps the feed alive rather than one polished piece a month.

Own the camera. Product shots, office and on-location photography, team content, and the founder-led posts that carry more weight than any ad we could buy.

Run organic social end to end. The calendar, the scheduling and automation platforms, publishing, replies and community management across our brands.

Turn every product release into video, working from what the product team gives you. Get the walkthrough, then ship something the market understands and our partners can sell from.

Produce the creative for paid campaigns and work directly with the specialist running the buys.

Own the content around every event, before, during and after, so an event produces reels, photos and leads instead of a camera roll nobody opens.

Direct our contract production support. Brief the freelance producer and the offshore editor, set the standard, approve the work, and keep both busy on the right things.

Build the systems, templates and shot lists that make all of the above repeatable as we add products.

What you'll bring to the team:

Real craft with a camera and an edit. You can shoot a reel that holds someone past the first second, and cut it so it doesn't look like it came out of a template.

An eye for a photograph, and the ability to get it on location without a crew, on someone else's schedule.

Volume without a drop in quality. Social rewards showing up, and you know how to keep a feed fed without publishing filler.

Hands-on command of scheduling and automation platforms. You run the tools, you don't just post by hand.

Captions and hooks that sound like a person rather than a brand deck, across the different voices four products require.

The ability to learn a technical product fast and explain it to someone who has never seen it, working from what the product team hands you rather than needing it pre-packaged.

A bias for ownership. You chase clarity, close loops, and take responsibility for outcomes rather than tasks.

Experience directing freelancers, contractors or agency partners. You can write a brief someone else can execute from without a second meeting.

Steadiness when four priorities land in the same morning, and the judgment to tell us when something has to move.

U.S. work authorization and the ability to work from our Jacksonville Beach office on a hybrid schedule, 2 to 3 days per week on-site.

Bonus points if you:

Have grown a real audience for a brand or for yourself, and can show what it looked like before and after.

Have made content for B2B, software or technical products rather than only consumer brands.

Use AI tools as leverage in production, and know where they help and where they show.

Bring motion graphics, light design or brand-system skills.

Have worked in partner, channel or white-label marketing, where someone else's name goes on the work.

What your first year looks like

Days 1 to 30, learn. All four products, well enough to explain them unaided. Meet the product owners. Audit the content that already exists and tell us what you'd cut.

Days 31 to 60, ship. A posting cadence live across our channels. The release-video pipeline running end to end with the product team.

Days 61 to 90, own. Publishing on a rhythm you set and hold, with a review against this scorecard and an honest conversation either way.

By month twelve. The feed never goes quiet, every product line has video the market and our partners can use, releases become content on a predictable schedule, and events produce content instead of a scramble.

How you'll be measured

We review you quarterly against two things, both published in advance so you always know where you stand.

Qualified content output. Not volume for its own sake. The cadence holds, reels and photos ship on a rhythm people can feel, releases land inside the agreed window, and what you publish meets the standard we set together rather than just filling a slot.

Revenue-driving performance. The content has to do work. Leads and demo requests sourced from what you publish, campaign performance on the creative you produce, event content that turns into pipeline, and partners using what you make to sell better. These are the numbers you can actually move, and they're the ones we'll review you on. You won't carry a closing quota, because you don't control what happens after a lead is handed off.

Who this isn't for

If you want to specialize deeply in one channel, or have a large team around you, or work from a defined queue, this role will frustrate you. It's broad on purpose and it moves fast. We'd rather say that now than waste your interview time.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$70,000 to $85,000 base, depending on experience

Medical. We pay 80% of the premium for individual coverage and 50% for family, with two plan options

Dental with no annual maximum and three cleanings a year, plus vision with a frame or contact allowance every twelve months

Telehealth for you and your household

Coverage begins on your first day of employment. No waiting period

Unlimited PTO, and a manager who expects you to use it

Equipment and software budget for the camera, the lenses and the tools this work needs

Pay reviewed at twelve months, against the outcomes above and the market

How hiring works here

A 30-minute call about the role and what you're looking for

A working conversation with the CEO

A paid work sample. A real product or a real event, one reel and three stills, three days, flat fee. We don't ask people to work for free.

Reference conversations, then an offer

You'll see the employment agreement, the compensation plan and the scorecard before you accept, not on day one. This role signs confidentiality, intellectual property assignment and a limited non-compete, and you'll read all of it while you still have a choice.

We expect to move from first call to offer in about three weeks, and we'll tell you where you stand at every step, including no.

About working here

People, then culture, then numbers. In practice, that means we tell you the real scope before you take the job, we write down how you're measured instead of deciding at review time, and we have the honest conversation in month three rather than year two.

To apply: Send work rather than a cover letter. A reel, a grid, an account you've run, or three things you made and why you made them that way.

We're an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. If you need an accommodation during the process, tell us and we'll arrange it.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager to be the connective tissue between our clients, our product vision, and the code that ships. This is a hands-on, technical role for someone who can read a pull request in the morning, run a client scoping call at noon, and unblock an engineer before end of day. Think of it as the caliber of leadership a top-tier outsourced development team would give you — except homegrown, in-house, and based right here in the U.S.

You’ll own delivery end to end: translating business requirements into technical specs,

sequencing the work, keeping engineering on track, and making sure what we build actuallysolves the client’s problem. Because you understand both the front end and the back end, nothing gets lost in translation between what a client asks for and what our team builds.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full delivery lifecycle for client and internal projects — from kickoff and scoping through launch and iteration.

  • Translate client and stakeholder requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Coordinate engineering, product, and client-success teams to keep timelines, dependencies, and priorities aligned.

  • Review front-end and back-end work at a technical level — you can evaluate feasibility, spot risk early, and ask the right questions in code and architecture discussions.

  • Run project rituals: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and status reporting that keeps everyone honest.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, setting realistic expectations and communicating progress with clarity.

  • Identify blockers before they become fires, and drive them to resolution.

  • Help define and improve the delivery playbook as we scale.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Technical fluency across the stack — working knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as React) and back-end development (APIs, databases, and server-side logic). You don't have to be the one committing production code, but you need to speak the language fluently.

  • Proven project management experience delivering software or technology projects on time and on scope.

  • Command of modern tooling — project and collaboration platforms (Jira, Asana, Linear, Slack), version control (Git), and a comfort with AI-assisted development workflows.

  • Exceptional communication — you can explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical client and a business constraint to an engineer, without either side feeling talked down to.

  • A bias for ownership — you chase clarity, close loops, and take responsibility for outcomes rather than tasks.

  • U.S. work authorization and the ability to work from our Jacksonville Beach, FL office on a hybrid schedule (2–3 days per week on-site).

    Bonus points if you:

  • Hands-on experience shipping AI, automation, or data-platform products.

  • A background in software engineering before moving into delivery or product leadership.

  • Experience managing or mentoring distributed engineering teams.

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
